The improved filter in v6.0.3 was non-linear and caused a performance regression (#1349). The filter was changed to be linear to avoid that.

Pin typescript to ^6.0.3 to keep typescript-eslint compatibility

typescript-eslint 8.x does not yet support TypeScript 7 (see
typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#12518), so bumping typescript to
^7.0.2 broke 'eslint .' with 'typescript-eslint does not support TS
7.0'. Keep typescript pinned at the latest 6.x release while allowing
the rest of the pnpm group update to proceed.
